The 'towner shut down last night. Possibly for ever. It is a sad day in the life of Thunder Bay boozing as - despite having their liquor licence taken away on 7 separate occasions for violations - has been a standard Sunday night event for years. Needless to say, I went out last night for the first time in 5 years. The people were the same, the music was the same, the ceiling leaked in the same places, and it still felt like you were going to fall through the dance floor. I am going to miss the place.
