Just because I’ve got a cowboy hat doesn’t make me a Texan
I am not a Texan. I have barely lived here 3 months, but I do have the hat at least. I don’t think I will bring it back to Europe with me, but it certainly served me well yesterday when I had my first roping lesson. And, let me tell you, I am a stellar cattle roper. If only they had let me get on a horse, I could have shown off my money-making potential. Anyway, despite my continued dislike of big cities, I just want to say that Houston is pretty cool. I made some pretty awesome friends and experienced some awfully unusual situations. I cannot wait to get back to Strasbourg to party with my ISU crew, but it’s been fun!
